Working Together Creatively

I am in my fourth year of Integrative Arts Psychotherapy training, working towards my MA. I have completed work placements across the NHS and charity sector, working with issues spanning addiction, anxiety, autism, blocked creativity, body dysmorphia, depression, domestic abuse, eating disorders, gender dysphoria, grief, interpersonal issues, low self-esteem, menopause, physical symptoms, PTSD and Complex PTSD, social isolation, and trauma, among others. I am registered as a student member with BAAT, BACP, and UKCP and work to their standards of ethics and conduct.

In my practice, I like to focus on creating a safe, warm, and confidential environment that you can bring anything to. I believe that you are the expert in your experience and am there to support you to tell your story. I work predominantly in a person-centred way, and draw influence, knowledge, and techniques from various other modalities.

Initially, we can work out what you want from the therapy. Whether you are experiencing any of the issues listed above, or you just need a non-judgemental space to express yourself and be witnessed. Together, we can build a trusting therapeutic relationship, and work collaboratively to create goals for the work. Reaching for help is a courageous step of self-compassion.
