Consultations are free. It will consist of a 20 minute chat to assess if the fit feels right for both of us. Sessions would then be weekly at a fixed time for 50 minutes. The work can be short and targeted with specific goals, or more open-ended. I will qualifying in Autumn 2026 and will then register with HCPC so am offering sessions for £75. There are also low-cost places available, so feel free to ask if this is something you would like to explore.
